Return Policy


We accept returns for damaged items only within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, you must first request an authorization code by contacting us at Shoparyvez@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important:

  • Only items with damage or defects are eligible for return and exchange.

  • We do not offer refunds — exchanges only for damaged products.

  • Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@aryvez.com to request an authorization code and initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges

Once your damaged item is approved for return, you will be issued an exchange for the same or similar product. No refunds will be issued.
